  4.         The Up/Dn keys automatically highlight in sequence each
  5.         angle-bracket jump with ASCII files, providing rapid
  6.         identification of possible jumps.

  8.         Up/Down command comments:
  9.           - The Up/Dn keys also control page selection            <link06>
  10.           - The Plus (+) and Minus (-) keys scroll the screen     <link07>
  11.           - Wordstar's Ctrl-E and Ctrl-X are identical to Up/Down

  13.         Design of Up/Down selected jumps:
  14.           - Limit hypertext jumps to 5-7 per screen
  15.           - Limit hypertext jumps to 1 per paragraph
